Agreement
By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website.
Services
West Solent Studios provides web design, hosting, and digital presence management services on a monthly subscription basis. Specific service terms, deliverables, and pricing are agreed upon individually with each client before any work begins.
Subscriptions and payment
Our services are billed monthly. Clients may cancel at any time — there are no long-term contracts or lock-in periods. Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the current billing period. All domains registered on behalf of clients remain in the client's name.
Intellectual property
All website designs, code, and creative materials produced by West Solent Studios remain our intellectual property until the client's account is fully paid and in good standing. Clients retain full ownership of their own content, images, and brand materials provided to us.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content and timely feedback. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of liability
West Solent Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the twelve months preceding any claim.
Website use
You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its associated systems.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
