What fair use looks like

Every plan is unlimited within the normal rhythms of a small business. We don't count your calls or cut anyone off mid-conversation. Here's the rough shape we've built the pricing around:

Seasonal flex

We look at your annual average, not your busiest Tuesday in August.

If you're consistently running beyond your tier — good problem to have — we'll flag it and help you move up. We'll never surprise you with overage charges or silently degrade your service. And we will never, under any circumstances, hang up on a caller.

Coastline grew out of the harbours, smokehouses, charter docks, and guesthouses where we live and work. That's our story and our deepest expertise — businesses shaped by tides, seasons, weather, and the particular rhythms of life near the water.

But we know the same challenges don't stop at the shoreline. A hill farm in Connemara, a craft distillery in the Lowcountry, a village pub in Hampshire — if you're a small business where the owner is the operation and every missed call is a missed opportunity, Coastline is built for you too.
